We offer tailored interior styling and design consultation services for discerning clients, including:

Each project is highly personalized to reflect the client’s lifestyle, preferences, and project scope.

Fees, Refunds & Payment Policy

Due to the bespoke and time-intensive nature of our services:

• All consultation fees are non-refundable once the session has been completed

• Design retainers and project fees are non-refundable once work has commenced

• If, for any reason, we are unable to fulfill the agreed service, a full or prorated refund will be issued

Client Satisfaction

We are committed to delivering an exceptional experience. Any concerns should be communicated promptly so we may address them with care and discretion.

Cancellations & Rescheduling (Appointments & Consultations)

• Appointments may be rescheduled or canceled with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice

• Cancellations made within this window are eligible for rescheduling or refund

• Late cancellations or missed appointments are non-refundable

• A deposit or full payment is required to secure all bookings

• Services are confirmed only upon receipt of payment

• Virtual services are available worldwide

• We reserve the right to decline projects that fall outside our design scope or availability
